Since our work involves customized design, development, and strategy tailored specifically for each client, refunds are handled under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing an order and before project work has commenced.

  • Once a project brief has been approved and work (including initial concepts or designs) has begun, refunds are not available.

Partial Refunds

  • In exceptional cases (such as cancellation before the first design submission or technical inability to complete a project), a partial refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.

  • Partial refunds will account for any work already completed or resources allocated.

No Refunds After Delivery

  • Once the final files, designs, or completed websites have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Revisions and adjustments will be handled as part of the service package terms.

Revisions & Satisfaction

We believe in ensuring client satisfaction through transparent communication. If revisions are required, we’ll work closely with you to make reasonable adjustments in line with your selected package.

All services are custom-made and intellectual in nature. By purchasing from Vetra Design, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that work initiated cannot be reversed once started.
